Information
Dear Church Family,
A lot has been happening since our last update—it’s past time to bring you up to speed on the incredible progress taking place at our new church building! God has truly blessed this project, and through the tireless work of so many dedicated hands, we are beginning to see the full shape of our future church home come to life.
Structural Milestones Reached
Since our last update, all of the framing and trusses have been completed, giving the building its full structure and layout. This alone was a significant milestone, and it opened the door for the next phase of work to begin quickly.
Interior Advancements
The insulation has been installed, and the plumbing has been fully completed and passed inspection—a major step forward that sets the stage for other trades to follow. Inside the building, sheetrock has been hung throughout, though it’s still in progress and not quite complete. That said, we’re thrilled to report that the classrooms and office areas have already been taped, mudded, textured, primed, and painted. These finished spaces are beginning to feel like real, welcoming rooms that will soon host ministry, fellowship, and learning.
The Platform Takes Shape
The new sanctuary platform has also been built! Along with that, the stairs to the platform have been constructed, giving physical shape to the space where future worship and teaching will happen. Seeing this portion of the sanctuary come together brings a powerful sense of anticipation for what God will do in that space.
Roof and Exterior Work
The roof is 99% complete, with only one small section remaining—waiting on exterior stucco work before the final shingles can be added. A bit of flashing work is also needed to fully complete the roofing, but we are nearly there.
On the exterior, a beautiful transformation is underway. Decorative rock has been added all around the base of the church, including the walls and pillars, giving the outside a finished, refined look that reflects the care and purpose behind this project.
Floors and Electrical Progress
Inside, the concrete floors in areas not receiving carpet have been polished, adding a clean, finished feel that’s both durable and attractive. The electrical work has also advanced considerably, with most of the wiring throughout the building now complete.
Audio/Visual Infrastructure and Landscaping Begin
Work has also begun on the audio/visual infrastructure, laying the foundation for future technology that will help enhance worship, teaching, and connection inside the building.
In addition, landscaping is now underway! Crews are prepping the landscaped islands by running water and power, smoothing out the soil, and preparing to plant. The trees have already been delivered and are on site, ready to be planted in the coming days. These early landscaping steps are adding the first touches of life and beauty to the exterior grounds of the property.
